I enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. People/staff very true and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Not too far from shopping and food places. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

Overall, the property was small they try and get you to up grade to get better liquid and get access to two rooms and also the property is not on the beach you have to set up a ride to the beach, once on the beach because of the bird or lizard person will place animals on you then try and charge $120 taking pic from your own phone . restaurants were limited. One buffet, activities were held only on the main square , most staff had a poor mannerism board line rude concierge inconvenience of trying to get you to attend a timeshare was overwhelming multiple times a day every day hard to relax.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at the Paradisus. We were celebrating our 30 yr anniversary and this resort was recommended by our family. We are so happy that our first time out of the country we chose such an amazing resort. It was beautiful, clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food was delicious at the buffet and the restaurants. The steakhouse was our favorite. Drinks were on point, pool bar outside the pool speak to Pedro and Alexander both of them were really nice and personable. Vernice was our awesome and sweet concierge. She made our dinner reservations and if there was a problem with us making it to the reservation she assisted with a reschedule. Overall an excellent resort to stay at and I really can’t wait to go back next year.

The Service was amazing !!! The hostess from Tori Gisset was really great, Garcia was good as well at the desk , Anne from Mangu was fantastic with Elvis!!! The Spa was incredibly nice !!! The only thing that was not good is the building of the kids club is not inside the complex which was not really convenient and they don't have a Italian restaurant which was really weird but the beach was beautiful and the structure there was really good. Highly recommend!!!

The food was so bad I couldn’t eat on the resort at all if it wasn’t for a couple local food places I’m sure I would’ve starved.
