cadre très reposant avec des villas dispersées dans un parc fleuri. très grande chambre avec dressing et salle de bains. Surclassement d'office à la réception. C'est un resort à recommander

Réception déplorable
Très bonne restauration mais chère. Le manque d'organisation à la réception est inadmissible pour ce genre d'hôtel de standing. Il y avait beaucoup de personnel à la réception. Nous sommes arrivés à 13h40, il était trop tôt pour avoir la chambre(14h). Nous avons proposé d'aller au restaurant en attendant, ensuite on nous a encore fait attendre en nous faisant visiter le SPA. Ensuite nouvelle attente. Mais personne ne nous dit qu'il y a un problème...Au final à 15H30 nous avons eu nos 2 chambres, mais erreur une des 2 chambres était occupée. Nous avons dû attendre 15 minutes pour avoir la deuxième chambre à l'autre bout du site et transférer nos affaires! bref à ce prix là ils pourraient mieux s'organiser et au moins être plus prévenant: expliquer la situation et proposer un verre d'eau un café... Le départ est du même type: une seul personne gère tous les départs!!! Bref quelque soit le nombre de personne, pas efficace.

Nuit agréable pour notre passage a Pushkar
Nous avons passé une seule nuit à Pushkar. L'hôtel Ananta est très beau avec des chambres spacieuses décorées avec goût et une belle piscine très accueillante après une chaude journée. Bon petit déjeuner. Un effort à faire côté service et propreté de la chambre mais rien de rédhibitoire. Bon rapport qualité prix.

RESORT
Trsè beaux site , très bien intégré dans la végétation, vue magnifique des chambres et de la salle de bains avec garnde baie vitrée. Spa ouvert depuis 2 mois proposant des massages fabuleux (reflexologie plantaire exceptionnelle). Buffet proposant d elarges choix de nourriture indeinne et européenne. Petit bémol pour les abords de la piscine, les contours de la piscine présentent des nombreux clous apparents et un veillissement prématuré du bois. Le cadre est exceptionnel et très relaxant après avoir visité le Rajasthan et parcvouru des km. Puschkar n'est qu'à une demi heure de l'hôtel et vaut le détour avec repos autour de la piscine l'après midi, ce qui a été très apprécié par les enfants. En revanche, la ville d'Ajmer est très décevante

Ananta Group is the Four Seasons of the Lower Middle Classes! Been staying here a number of years as I have to visit Mayo in Ajmer, to be fair this place has never been great but hasn’t got any worse over the last 10 years. Best place to stay in the area, beautiful property, average service, horrible food.

Well, for the kind of resort and the price, they should offer more. I didn’t like the way they treated me in the restaurant during the only day I went to have dinner there, as an American I was expecting better customer service for foreigners.

The Rooms are very very small. No ventilation in the room, the glass window is completely sealed. Feels like you are stuck inside a room. But rest of the hotel premises is very good.

A pleasant stay
Overall, our stay was pleasant and relaxing. The place was close to nature and clean. However, the breakfast was average, not very exciting. We were given an unexpected upgrade to a bungalow because our initial rooms needed renovation. Moving after one night stay was not pleasant, but the upgrade compensated.

A nice three star hotel
If you consider it like a three star hotel the rooms are fine, the food is good, the restaurant staff is very nice and the idea of the cabanas is also nice. We weren’t at the spa, but it seems very beautiful and well organized. If you consider it a five star hotel, there are some problems: The Thai/Bali-inspired lobby is not even close like one in Thailand and is just a dark and unorganized cabana, to go to some rooms you have to go through a guesthouse like corridor, to cross a parking lot on a bridge, where there is a diesel powergenerator that smokes some rooms (including our), the dirty dishes stay more than 24 hours in the aisle outside the rooms and those are not at all soundproof. I don’t think that this hotel worth the price.

Poor Room, Pathetic Pool & Tasteless Dinner Buffet
Ananta has really dropped in quality from the last time I visited. The pool is not clean at all. The shower rooms and changing rooms are pathetic and extremely dirty that you can't even stand for a minute. My room had lizard which was caught and thrown out after we called their pest control team but we didn't expect such quality. Dinner was also tasteless. Not even a single dish tasty enough to consume your dinner. The chef should create the buffet with the right balance of Indian and continental dishes. We had to literally eat just plain rice and dal to fill our stomach. Overall, I would really urge the Ananta hospitality team to relook at their hotel quality and cleanliness immediately!

FOOD POISONING FROM VEGETARIAN PIZZA
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. We ate at the hotel for all of our meals on the second day we stayed, and in the evening I came down with SEVERE food poisoning from a vegetarian margarita pizza. This was the most horrendous evening of my life, and from a VEGETARIAN pizza. Which, as it turns out was the only western food I'd eaten during a 3 week tour of India, there has to be some irony in this somewhere. After what was the most unpleasant experience I'd pulled myself together to check out and as my girlfriend headed to breakfast (I wasn't even trusting the cereal at this stage) I headed to the front desk. After a very calm conversation from my end I was told that there would be no compensation and they even asked if I'd taken necessary precautions before eating the pizza. WHAT ARE THEY DOING IN THAT KITCHEN. How can it be acceptable for a restaurant to poison a person and take no responsibility, as if it should have been my responsibility to safe guard against a poisonous vegetarian pizza! Please do visit Pushkar BUT do not stay at Ananta Spa & Resorts. We stayed at some amazing 5* hotels in India, and this place honestly is probably 2* at best when compared to European standards. The hotel looks like it might have been nicer 10+ years ago and is in need of renovation, it's a shame as there are some genuinely lovely people providing great service doing the driving/bags/head waiter/bar etc. However, the management/kitchen staff were terrible.

Disappointing
Stayed here for 1 night in September 2016. The Resort is quite attractive and is a few km away from the busy town of Pushkar itself. Our room wasn't ready as it hadn't been set up for twin beds as per our request made at booking so had to wait 45 minutes. We were given WiFi vouchers because of this (WiFi is chargeable here, per device) The room looked good at first glance but the furniture and floor was rather worn out. The bathroom and linen were also not as clean as we would have liked. The main issue here for us was the food. We booked half board and both the dinner and breakfast food quality was very poor. By far the worst food we have had during our India trip. Bar prices are also very expensive. Currently in a far more luxurious Taj hotel which charges less than this place.. Overall there aren't that many options around Pushkar, we mainly stayed there to break the journey from Jaipur to Jodhpur. Can't really recommend and certainty wouldn't suggest staying for more than one night

Nice resort and friendly staff. Early check-in was no problem and we got upgraded due to honeymoon. Much appreciated! Wi-fi was restricted/chargeable which was a small minus, especially keeping the class of the resort in mind. Overall a great stay!

Hotel possui 2 tipos de quartos. Suítes comuns e bangalôs. Há uma enorme diferença entre essas alas. Recomendo os bangalôs. Área de convivência comum muito aprazível.

This was a resort near Pushkar which was our destination. It was nice with good surroundings and swimming facilities. The staff was friendly. breakfast was in plentiful with lot of choices of western and asian. We ate at the hotel in the evening, but found dearer by indian standard, although affordable by our standard. Bed was comfortable and shower was good with hot water. If you stay here you would need a car to get around or arrange taxi through hotel.

We had a very good stay at the hotel. Staff was excellent. Food was superb. Service was upto the mark. Overall we had really good experience.

Not particularly user friendly. Hotel is isolated by itself, nowhere to walk to. All hotels in India includes wifi in their fee, EXCEPT this hotel. Very expensive wifi for 6 hr or 12 hrr and only One device. Breakfast is decent but they charge 150Rs for regular water
