Good not great!
Sorry to make this so long, but this is what I sent to the renters.The back sliding door was unlocked and easy to opened when we first got there. And the front sliding patio doors either one where able to be locked just had a piece of wood that could block the door from sliding open. Only one of the doors had it blocked. The first thing the younger people in our group noticed right away was one of the scent plug-ins on the wall was making a high pitched sound that was piercing to their ears. We had to unplug it.We do understand that there are a lot of bugs and did see many of them especially on the ceiling in the dining room area for some reason. That is more of an observation than anything.It does seem that some of the house has been updated and looks pretty nice, but in the master bathroom, the large tub was awful! It was rusted and need repairs or replacing! Also the sink or shower in that room wasn’t looking good either.The secondary bathroom looked really nice and looked updated recently.The bedrooms were nice but cramped, we understood as a rental it’s more about having the ability to get more people in.The one bedroom though had a television that didn’t have the power cords to connect to it.
