« Paid for parking, but when I came back that evening, no parking spot was available. Was told at the front desk that they didnât process of reserving the spot, so someone else got it. No heat in the room, was only blowing out cold air. Had to turn off the blower and get a space heater to try to warm up the room. The temperature in the room was in the low 60s. A vent in the bathroom was covered with a heavy layer of dust. »

« This place is very clean and everybody was very friendly. However, the bed was awful. I don't think I've ever attempted sleeping in a bed this horrible. My entire body hurt the next day. »
