« It’s not easy driving up the windy mountain road to Betty and Howard’s place. Yet once you arrive, it’s absolutely worth it. The setting is beautiful. The neighborhood is terrific for walking. Most mornings at least a couple people from our group were outside early to watch the sun rise over the mountains.And Howard and Betty are the best! They welcomed us in person when we arrived, showed us around the home, which is exactly what you'd imagine a home in the Blue Ridge Mountains to look like....

« really enjoyed the property - private, well furnished, easy access to the places we were visiting in Asheville. Check-in was easy, and in fact it was ready earlier than originally stated. « Perfect home for a little weekend getaway! It was so fun to explore this area but then be able to go back to such a charming and comfortable space. It was convenient to everything in Black Mountain but it was also a quick and easy drive to Asheville. The home was stocked with all the essentials, plenty of linens, and fun games/books. The host was communicative and had plenty of recommendations for us during our stay. We hope to be able to visit again soon! »
