I would like to mention one thing that did not affect our rating, because it is not the owner's fault, but it could be a problem for families. The neighbors have 2 dogs in a chain link enclosure that goes right up to the house. They barked on and off all night long. « Cute little space. Was a little freaked out when I discovered it was part of a larger house but it was very private. There’s no kitchen available. Did have a small fridge and coffee pot. Yard was kind of a mess but has a lot of potential to be nice! Has a nice back porch area. The neighborhood was a little sketchy as I’ve seen in all the reviews but it was okay. Jorge was very accommodating! Sent a message when we got in to find out how to adjust the air and he said he could do it for us...

« The area homes are stunning! Felt very safe walking to and from the Riverwalk/Alamo areas. Driving in and around area is easy. The apt is wonderful! Just as advertised. The hosts answered any questions immediate. We would definitely stay here again if we returned! »
