„Staff was the only thing that stood out 100% the best. Cabin 16 was a disgrace, very poor , needs maintenance bad, Air con filters need cleaning badly disgusting, Stove is 50 years old , rubbish , Fire hose falling from the outside wall , stairs are dangerous loose anti slip on tread, Tooth brush on ledge in shower cubical and medication plunger on bunk bed from previous people who stayed there , Shower rose needs replacing, Had to have the park maintenance guy come to fix the ...

„I arrived at 1pm and it state check in to Cabins was 2pm. As I walked in the lady behind counter was not friendly at all and just say "check in is at 2pm and say come back" More important all cabins was already cleaned as we asked the lady that was cleaning a cabin so no delay there. we have travelled 1200km and that service was appalling.

„The caravan park was nice and quiet. It had lovely trees and a clean pool. It is an older park but was very clean and I felt safe there.“

„Unfortunately the bounce mat wasn’t blown up either day we were there. Disappointing after a long drive to have to make up a top bunk as it wasn’t already done. Staff were lovely, no code was sent to me for late check in but staff quickly helped after a phone call.“
