We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. „The condo listing is accurate, the place is clean and has nice air conditioning. The beds are hard. Overall happy with the condo. Every community in the resort is gated so you can only go to your own condo community. The beach club pool was nice, but the bar tenders were not so great, watched them continuously ignore family members. The Marriott is in the gated community, but you have to be a guest to use their pool. Ate at the Hook Up multiple evenings, that is where we had the best service. ...

„We really enjoyed our stay, if you use the pool you will get to see iguanas, hummingbirds and even some macaws flying. It is a quite place so it is the perfect place to relax and disconnect. The only feedback is that it would be great to add a grater to the kitchen and that you will need to be careful with the house electric wiring system.
