Bienvenido - Welcome - Velkommen - to tranquil Casa Bella Vista right in the heart of Quepos! Our newly renovated Casa in a family friendly community will allow you to find peace and to feel at home and still be in close proximity of all the wonder this tropical paradise has to offer.

The Marina, Quepos city center as well as the Malecon viewpoint are only minutes away by foot and the spectacular national park in beautiful Manuel Antonio, located 7 km away, can be reached by car or bus.

Casa Bella Vista HOUSE RULES:

-No parties or events allowed
-Quiet time is 11PM to 7AM
-Be respectful with other tenants and neighbours (the 2nd floor consists of two apartments with permanent tenants)
-No Smoking inside but feel free to indulge outside in our green front yard
-Pets allowed
-Make sure to keep the kitchen clean as any food remnants will attract ants and other bugs
-Turn of AC and fans before leaving the Casa
-Treat our Casa as if it was your own

Space:
With a private, gated entrance you will enter your own little green front yard. Follow the red brick path and enter Casa Bella Vista, our family friendly, spacious, modern, and recently renovated vacation house!
Our 152 m2/1636 square feet property consists of 4 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms contain Queen size bed (150x200cm/ 5’0”x6’8”), one bedroom contains a double bed (140x190cm/4’6”x6’2”) and two of the bedrooms contain two single beds. One Queen bed bedroom has AC, the rest have ceiling fans. (If you are traveling with small children or babies, please contact your host regarding cribs or travel beds). With brand new mattresses as of December 2023, you will sleep peacefully in newly custom-made beds built by my father. The bathroom is spacious and modern.
We have a fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops and cabinets also custom-made by my father, with everything you could possibly need. A kitchen table with 4 chairs is a perfect nook for breakfast/lunch, and the living room contains a very comfortable couch and a smart tv with cabel. 
Behind sliding doors by the couch, you will find the laundry room with a washer and a dryer. In our green front yard, you will find drying lines as well.
