« Very friendly staff and the hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was ok just not a lot to choose from. The pool was also ok. Could have used a cleaning but the kids enjoyed it. Good price and convenient location for one night. »

« No coffee maker in room. Only had decaf coffee in lobby. Staff said was they were expecting a delivery truck but why not have extra or pick up some coffee grounds from a local store. Slept hot ac thermostat was set to 65 but was more like 75. »

« The main lobby areas were nice and clean. The check in staff was no where to be found. Waited 10 to 15 minutes.. I tried calling the main number thinking they were busy with another guest. It seemed the clerk was having a cigarette while parked in the handicapped spot and didn't see anyone enter... When she did, she was clearly annoyed by our presence. Also, the room had the musty old carpet smell. »

« Well situated near I-65. The room had been renovated so pretty good but very old building. The lobby and the attendant’s office were upside down. We weren’t inspired to take the complementary breakfast. Are room 202 the air conditioner made a lot of noise so we didn’t get a good rest. A couple of junk food restaurants close to walk to. OK for the price if you have a silent air conditioning or don’t need it. »

« When we arrived around 3:20 pm we went to the room and it wasn’t ready and really dirty. Trash in the hallway. It is the nastiest place I’ve ever been. Gave the desk clerk the key and told him the room was too nasty to stay in. Tried to give us another room but we had already seen enough. He said he couldn’t give a refund that he had to check with manager. If I don’t receive a refund I will never book through Expedia again. Had to use a pass key to get in the door to go to the room. « I chose this place based on the high rating through Expedia. The staff was very nice upon check in. The lobby appears clean and smells very fresh. However, that is not what the room looked like. The chair had white stains on it and there were boogers on the wall. The floors were dirty and the room itself showed multiple signs of deterioration. Overall one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and definitely not worth the price. »
