« Linda and Mike were outstanding hosts and welcoming to us. They were accommodating to special diet needs, and anxious to meet our requests. Food was delicious, the sitting area was cozy and our room was perfect. If it were possible weâd give 10 stars. Mike us a tour of the mill and a history of the property that made the whole experience fulfilling. »

« The room was wonderful, clean and inviting. She atmosphere and environment was everything. Definitely will stay longer next time. They offered hot apple cider in the evening and snack bars in the morning. It was the best stay weâve had in a while. »

« First of all, everyone was friendly from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and fresh and comfortable and those were the most soft pillows I have ever used. The grounds were clean and comfortable. They had marshmallows s'mores outside at night for families I felt really safe. I really do like this place and I will be returning. I have nothing bad to say. I really enjoyed myself. I wish I could have stayed another night »

« Traveled with our family of four for a long weekend. We loved the peaceful setting and spent our nights around the firepit eating s'mores! Our days featured short trips to Andrews for a railbike tour and a stop at Nantahala Outdoor Center. Communication was great, and the owners were very attentive. We highly recommend! »

« Situated in the hills and d see signed by one of Frank Lloyd Wright's students this is an ideal getaway for a weekend. The Oak restaurant is one of the best in the area. »

« Great location on the lake.
My husband and I kayacked, fished, brought our pup along. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake.
The owners were more than welcoming, anticipated our needs before we thought of them. »
