„My flight was cancelled out of Chicago Saturday which I accept. What wasn’t acceptable was how dirty the lobby, floor and general condition of the unit. The pool water was cloudy and had no sun. We left one day early due to being notified on Monday by text that pest control by the building was being done from noon until 2 Tuesday. Brought these issues to the owners with no resolution on their side. Happy to provide pictures.“

„Well appointed & clean. Upstairs beds comfy. Bathrooms modern & clean. Great location, but parking is difficult. MANY minor repairs needed (e.g., pocket bathroom door sticks closed, trapping inside, blinds need replacement-won't close letting streetlight glare in BR, downstairs hide-a-bed broken & useless, bar in kitchen unstable, etc...) All things a handyman could fix in a day, but not being done. We would stay again, but only if Mgmt company guaranteed these fixes 1st.“

"Insgesamt unfreundliches Personal. Checkin erst um 16:30 Uhr obwohl alle Zimmer fertig waren. Und das prinzipiell, wir haben das beobachtet, niemand kam vor 16 Uhr in sein Zimmer. Betten durchgelegen, BettwĂ€sche fleckig. Fußboden schmutzig! Dusche kalt ,Toilette kaputt, wurde auch in den 3 NĂ€chten nicht repariert. Laute Musik nichts fĂŒr erholungssuchende!!! Alles plastikgeschirr, also weit entfernt von Nachhaltigkeit!! Blick auf Container. Essen mindere QualitĂ€t!null Empfehlung"
