This booking combines two independent, self-contained townhouses within the same Stewart Street complex in central Raglan: Harbourview Haven and Okiwi Landing. Book both for a larger group, or two families travelling together who each want their own space, just steps apart.

Each townhouse is a contemporary, design-led three-bedroom, three-bathroom home split over two levels, with an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, a harbour-facing balcony and a gas fire upstairs, and a double garage with an ensuite bedroom downstairs. Together they sleep up to 12 across six bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Harbourview Haven has a Superking bedroom downstairs and a Nespresso machine in the kitchen. Okiwi Landing has a queen bedroom downstairs, a Smart TV in the living room and local Raglan Roast coffee. Both have new mattresses, air conditioning and heating, and every booking receives a bottle of wine on arrival.

We provide linen, towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, milk, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder and laundry powder for both townhouses. Each has its own double garage (2 cars), plus free parking on Stewart Street. This is part of a townhouse complex, so neighbours share the sealed driveway, and Wainui Road may bring some road noise, softened by double glazing.

Stroll to morning coffee, sourdough and artisan shops, the Sunday Arts Market or Friday Growers Market opposite, or the footbridge and Papahua Domain for a swim or paddleboard hire. Surfers love Manu Bay, and Cox Bay and Lorenzen Bay suit swimming.

- No pets
- Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, remove butts from the property on departure.
- Residential area - Quiet time from 10pm to 9am.
- Events and parties are not permitted without prior arrangement. Guests limited to number booked. Extra charge if exceeded.
- BBQ (if available): clean with supplied cleaner after use. Cleaning fee if left dirty.
- Rubbish: 1x full blue bag allowed. Take extra with you or use a local refuse station (see house info folder).
- Recycling: 1x full bin per stay. Extra: take with you or $25/box disposal charge.
- No EV charging.
- Left belongings: $20 minimum return fee plus courier cost.
- Motion-sensor security camera may be present at entrance door. Footage may be reviewed if misconduct is suspected.

To protect your stay and our properties, ID verification is required before access details are released, and your booking is conditional on completing it. After payment, you`ll get a secure link to the property portal and will need to verify with a photo ID and a quick selfie — access details are released automatically once it`s done. Takes a few minutes; your data is handled securely by the portal operator, SuiteOp. Failure to complete ID verification will result in your booking being cancelled. Cancellation fees may apply.
