« We bought a house in the area and rented this lake house to reside in while waiting for closing at the beginning of the business week. Unfortunately the closing took an additional 2 weeks. The host was totally accommodating to our situation and made a nerve wracking situation easier to tolerate. We are forever grateful. The cabin had anything you could need except ice. Bring a bag with you. »

« This is a property that will not work for everyone, if you are use to a luxury environment this is not it. If you want to fish, enjoy lake views, jet ski, enjoy camp fires, read, relax and do some self introspection this is it. Not a pamper yourself type of party. Now on the other hand the Host Gary is magnificent and extremely responsive 5 Stars all day, he truly cares about your stay. Goes above and beyond the call of duty! »

« The owner had everything we could need or want on site !!! Forget a toothbrush ? She had it. Need some snacks- she had it! The place was so clean and cute ! Perfect place for our daughter and her 3 bridesmaids to stay before her beautiful wedding at Mountainview Farms in Ashville !! Thank you for being amazing hosts!! »

« Beautiful, peaceful property. Convenient and beautiful drive to city conveniences. Adequately equipped kitchen, fantastic communication with host. Beds were a bit hard, but that’s definitely a personal preference thing!:) Will stay again if we’re in the area! The cat was a wonderful bonus!! »

« There needs to be a handrail for the steps to the porch. There are five steps and no handrail. Elderly people need a handrail to safely navigate the steps and probably required by building code. »

« Pam and Tom have created such a fantastic space. We felt right at home from the first step. Everything was extremely beautiful and clean and ready for us to enjoy. Adding in some treats in the fridge and the rest of the pantry was very thoughtful and made us feel so touched. Paddleboarding and kayaking in the river and just spending time in the backyard were our favorite ways to spend time there. There were so many small details that can't be listed, but totaled to an absolutely one-of-a-kind...

« Very nice, unique place. Very clean. Bring some chairs if you want to sit out on the porch (the porch chairs in the property picture weren't there). We didn't sleep there our second night, the bed is very close to the ceiling, this isn't anything negative but my wife is claustrophobic and couldn't sleep the first night. Overall the property was awesome, check in and check out very easy. »
