« The property was fine but the road to get there needed graded as if we weren’t in an SUV it would have had a high likelihood of damaging a car. There was brown splatter on one of the toilet seats, a spider with full web in one of the bathroom ceiling corners, and previous bathroom trash in the master. The front step is centerblocks, my daughter tripped on and it’s not great. Yellowed pillows (bad). The property was fine but mostly seemed like everything was done very cheaply and it looks better...

« Great place to stay near Noccalula Falls. The property is located on a private members only club. Staying here gives you access to the restaurant as well. I highly recommend going to the restaurant to grab a bite to eat or a drink and watch the sunset. A few suggestions for the Barndo would be to put window coverings on the windows. It was a little weird walking around in the evening not being able to “close the shades.” Also, basic bathroom amenities such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner...

« It was a cute house! We even saw a deer in the front yard! Just a helpful tip if you are 5'2 or shorter ask for a step stool for the bedroom. But all in all it was just what we needed! Thank you for letting us stay at your home! »

« Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times. »

« This is the 2nd time we stay there. It is like staying at a very nice hotel but better. There was laundry soap there to wash clothes, an iron, ironing table, shampoo, conditioner, shower gels, Kcups, plenty of hangers. The welcome sign is a nice personal touch. There is a swing outside for children. Location is perfect with a Walmart, breakfast place, CVS and an urgent care clinic nearby. I sent a message to the host to notify her that our flight was delayed so we would be very late and...
