« We enjoyed our stay. Great, quiet location that is conveniently located near a ton of food and shopping options. I booked based on the reviews and high rating. The room was clean. We had a small issue with bedding that was quickly resolved. The furniture looked brand new. No issues with parking. I’d definitely stay here again. »

The TV would only show the Marriott channel and we could not get it to change. Called the front desk and they said they would come up to fix it but nobody ever came. « Our bathroom floor was cracked and leaking into the floor from the tub. Toilet had clearly been knocked over at some point. There were bugs running around. The iron ruined my husband's shirt because it was dirty. The rest of the grounds were dirty and old looking. Don't stay here this area is saturated with hotels. »

« Tynesia checked us in with a smile and a great energy. Our room was clean a comfortable. The breakfast was perfect. The fresh fruit was nice to have. The gentleman looking over the breakfast spoke to everyone he saw. Very nice man. »

« The hotel is well kept. Unfortunately I was there for 4 days and the housekeeper missed cleaning my room. One of the housekeeping staff gave me clean towels. The housekeeper was right next to my room. I left thinking my room was next. Somehow my room never got cleaned time. »

« This hotel is very new, clean, and well maintained. The staff is friendly. The hotel is located in a clean, quiet area with a pond view (behind the hotel). Parking is safe and located all around the hotel with many spots available. The two drawbacks about this hotel are: 1. The PAPER THIN walls and 2. The breakfast. « I like the parking space and its availability. I did not like the dust hidden in the corners of the bedrooms, under the couch and drawers, and the dust I had to clean out the dryer before initial use. Also, the ice tray in the freezer was dirty, but the refrigerator was clean. I like how quiet and peaceful it was at night to sleep and how clean and soft the bed was.
