« The staff was helpful but the facility sucks. These were touted as luxury tents with attached toilet and bath. The toilet was non-functional. Right there this facility can only get a 0 on any rating scale from me. The linen was old and had not been changed. Imagine sleeping in a luxury tent on linen that has not been replaced. The tent itself was very dusty. The evening cultural program was nice. The ambience was decent. And as I said some of the staff was trying to be helpful within the limits...

« It exceeded my expectations.. we had a good time.. although we planned for 3 nights which is little longer.. 2 nights is ideal.. food was good.. rooms and tents were very nice.. the evening program was also very nice.. we enjoyed their jeep safari and camel ride..
