Nouvelle construction avec trois chambres et quatrième un loft avec un lit de jour et Trundle toutes les chambres ont salle de bain complète.
Seulement quelques minutes de l'aéroport international, (RDU), RTP, duc UNC Chapel Hill, NCU, centre-ville de Raleigh,
et
 minute loin des hôtels bien connus comme Courtyard Marriott, Residence Inn, suites double arbre Hilton et beaucoup d'autres aussi à cinq minutes du centre commercial South Point et tous les restaurants et minutes pour accéder à l'autoroute 1-40, 54,55,540, 1-85 et plusieurs autres Hwy's.

Total trois chambres entièrement meublées dont deux chambres de maître et une troisième chambre et un quatrième un loft avec un lit de jour et un lit gigogne. (l'occupation totale peut être de 8 ou plus ...)

Rez de chaussée :( Premier étage)

... un plancher ouvert avec salon meublé avec canapé en cuir (3 places) et un canapé en cuir, et inclinable en cuir, cheminée, grande télévision, cuisine spacieuse avec tous les appareils améliorés comme micro-ondes, cuisinière, grand réfrigérateur avec congélateur séparé armoires , des ustensiles de luxe tout neufs, cafetières et cafetières (à la fois K-tasses et filtre) cuisinières (riz, légumes et viande) patio avec barbecue, des tonnes de récipients de cuisson, bouilloire et salle à manger qui peut accueillir huit dîners et salle de petit déjeuner avec comptoir en granit et plus .... et un demi-bain.

Deuxième étage:

une chambre à coucher principale, dressing, toilettes avec deux zones de lavage, placard et cabine de douche avec douche réglable. (conditionneur de shampooing, savon liquide disponible), table de station de travail, grand toit de seau de TV et plancher en bois.

Le troisième étage est disponible quand il y a plus de quatre invités.

Travelled to Durham to take part in a program and the townhouse was perfect ending to a long drive. More than enough space for the two of us.

Inaccurate listing & no communication

It started out fine. Timely communication for checkin. Location isn’t wonderful but I knew that. There is a media sofa in the master instead of a dresser. There is, however, a dresser in the den. It is dated and rather beat up (as mentioned in other reviews).I remember thinking I was expecting more space but we were so busy with graduation activities, and we had enough space, that I didn’t check the listing. I would have found that there was another bedroom and full bath pictured and listed. Having now gone back to older reviews, I would have released they were behind the locked door at the to of some stairs. My 21 YO son slept on the daybed and shared the bath with a family friend so whatever. If that was it, I probably would not have left a review, good or bad. I reached out on the last full day to see about a later check out, offering to pay, and got no response. That night, we got home late. The family friend went to plug in (should have wondered) the lamp on the bedroom and received a shock due to the frayed cord. This threw the breaker for that room and the daybed room, both switches and plugs. We searched for the breaker box, unsuccessfully. I emailed (via website) asking for the location. No response. The family friend usually sleeps with a c pap so that was not available.We left 2 days ago and have still not received any communications.

Perfect location for our needs, very nice neighborhood, pretty, quiet, comfortable, walkable, welcoming. Loved floor plan and furnishings - spacious, peaceful, inviting. However, inside property could use better care (cleaning, repainting) - it's in the details! (We did clean some things in bath, kitchen ourselves before using). Overall appearance and comfort (beds, seating, dining space) was excellent! We would choose this place again for our next visit.

Misleading and Not Very Clean.

The listing is misleading saying this is a new construction property. This house was built in 2015 and the wear and tear is obvious. Upon entering the home it smells like urine maybe from a dog or cat. The home was not very clean from the floors, refrigerator, microwave, stove, and some of the bathrooms. One of the comforters had 6 urine stains, some of the towels and face towels were dingy. After contacting the host he messaged me back the next day to say it wasn't cleaned as well because he asked the cleaning crew to be finished by 12pm instead of 3pm so I could check earlier after 1pm. At check out it says to take the sheets off the bed. Well, there were some surprises there. One of the mattresses had blood stains & the other had urine stains. I informed the host and he didn't respond until I had to message him again today. I asked for some money back since we had to spend a great deal of time cleaning. The response was he had to pay the cleaning crew extra so we could check in earlier and he would consider taking something off in a future booking. Other than the cleaning issues the place is decent but I will not be booking in the future with them. .

We had a great trip and stay! Plenty of room for all 5 of us with great common spaces for family to gather. We would stay here again when we come back to visit family. Samuel was a great host and communicated quickly with us if we needed anything.

Perfect for Christmas gathering

Samuel’s townhome was a peaceful retreat for our family to visit together during the holidays. The living room/dining room/kitchen were spacious and well-appointed. The main bedroom had lots of space to feel right at home and the bed was comfortable. Great communication with our host. We will definitely return.

Positives:- House is very nice and located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, dining, grocery stores, etc.:Negatives: -Pictures of the inside of the house in the listing are obviously outdated. The walls throughout the house are scratched, scuffed, scraped, etc and in need of new paint. There are two holes in the walls leading up stairs.- I paid for 6 guests and use of the entire house. When we arrived, the 3rd floor master bedroom was not accessible. It had a keyless lock on it. When I called the owner about getting access to it, he gave me a story about the additional cleaning fees he incurs for use of the 3rd bedroom. This is not my problem. I paid to have access to the entire house. I had 4 adults, one 11 year old, and a 15 year old. How do 6 people sleep in 2 queen beds and a daybed? Are my 11 and 15 year old kids supposed to sleep together in a small daybed? Owner told me I would be charged 70 more for him to give me the keyless entry code to access the 3rd bedroom. Completely ridiculous.-Iron and steamer in the bedrooms are not operational. More false advertising in the listing.Overall, not a terrible stay but the owner was not truthful in the listing.

Perfect place for our stay in Durham to visit family.

Great place for our stay in Durham to visit family for Thanksgiving. We used the first two floors and it was perfect for four of us. Third floor could accommodate more guests. Comfortable and clean. Well stocked kitchen so we could make breakfast before heading out for the day. Good showers with strong water pressure. Nice thick towels and good shower amenities. Really comfortable beds and pillows. Easy check in and check out. What more can you really ask for in a VRBO townhouse? This property made for a pleasant, easy stay.

Football weekend

Wonderful place

The place was absolutely perfect for our 3-person friend group. We each had our own room and bathroom, the downstairs living area was perfect for our needs. The beds were very comfortable so we could get a good nights sleep. The neighborhood is quiet. The host was very responsive and was incredibly accommodating. 10/10 place!

What a beautiful and spacious house. Stayed during a USA National baseball tournament in Cary and had a wonderful time. House was only about a 15min drive to fields. House was very spacious, clean, and we had plenty of room. Host was very accommodating and communicative. Will definitely stay again next time we are that way. Thank you!
