Pros: - Easy to locate- Place provides all the comforts of home- Cozy and AC works well- A wall of DVD’s to choose from- Enjoyed the pool, deck area & yard- Super accommodating to our puppy- Owners are sweet, thorough, accommodating, and friendly. - Owners are quick to text with all information and readily available. Cons- Not really any cons, however there are lots of the steps to the apartment and they are steep. Apartment is right next to the Main Street which some may find noisy. We enjoyed the location and how well the owners treated us.

Fun little apartment with a big pool! No accomodations were missing- full kitchen, towels, private grill, shampoo included, and more! Our AC went out overnight and it was fixed expeditiously. Tracie and Jay always responded promptly with helpful answers. Tracie even does the laundry!! Don't miss this one!

Lovely place with accomidating hosts

My daughter, dog, and I stayed here for the weekend. The communication with the hosts was so nice and accommodating. The property was clean and everything that you needed was available. It suited our needs perfectly and is in a nice, safe neighborhood. Even though the weather was wet, our dog was still able to enjoy the pool! Thank you for being so accommodating!

Warm & Welcoming

What a perfect place for a family (including dogs!) to stay and feel like you’re at home. Tracie & Jay were very welcoming, warm, friendly, and accommodating - multiple times asked if there was anything we needed and encouraged us and our dog to use their pool/hot tub. We really felt like they wanted us to stay and enjoy the space to its fullest. The home was extremely clean and well maintained and such a bonus to have tons of bath and poo towels and plush cozy blankets - no shortage of linens! The DVD wall (so many!!) was also a wonderful touch. We were extremely happy with our stay and look forward to coming back!

Amazing North Carolina & 4th Birthday Trip!!!!!

Where can i start? From the day we booked the ownwrs contacted us withba warm greetings! The 2 days before and the entire trip, the owners Tracie and Jay stayed in contact with us. The place was immaculate & beautiful. The kids loved the pool & hot tub and guess the color of the pool at night. Their favorite was Rainbow night! The owners niece and her pups were amazing while the owners traveled. Anytime we needed anything, or even just a suggestion for where to eat or go with the kids, Jay, Tracie, and Bridget were there. My kids loved the owners German shepherds and playing ball. Evweyone was nice, sweet and accommodating that my kids didn't want to leave. I promised we will be back and they are already excited to go! My son had an amazing 4th birthday in NC. One he will remember. My daughter was a mermaid with the pool and loved the little mermaid toys and My son the little animal figures, Tracie told them to take back. They both said they received a memory. We look forward to rebooking If you want an amazing space, wonderful hosts, beautiful stars at night, quiet in the evening, and in the middle of most anywhere, best owners to hang with and dogs, with a beautiful pool and hot tub, this is your place!

Very attentive hosts

Most of my hosted stays have not had hosts on property. It was delightful to interact with our hosts daily and they were very communicative on all things regarding the rental. The pool area was a real highlight for my kids and we were lucky to have the perfect weather to enjoy it everyday during our stay. Everything we needed was provided - highly recommend!

When we first arrived, we were greeted by owners who showed us how to get in. Then told us if we needed anything to just ask them. Including spices from the kitchen or what not. The place is nice and cozy and comfortable. It was very well maintained and super clean.

Above and Beyond

Above and beyond our expectations!!! Owners are amazing and then on top of that met every request we had. They even let our dogs out to run around and enjoy the property too while we were at an NC State football game. 5 Stars all the way and know where we are staying when in Raleigh or any surrounding area.

Awesome

We stayed here during a wedding. It was clean, lots of space, had everything you would need. We brought our two pitbulls and they were welcomed with open arms. It’s hard to find a place that accepts all dogs, well behaved dogs esp when they are a bully breed. They have the sweetest pups too. We used the pool, which was beautiful. They offered the spa but we had lots of obligations so unable to make time to use it but nice to have the offer. This was our first time staying at a place other than a hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely love to visit again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Wonderful Time!

Jay and Tracy were lovely hosts. The pool is amazing, and the apartment is very cute. Needed a place with outdoor space for family and my pup to beat the heat and this home was perfect. Our hosts were accessible and quick to ask if we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our North Carolina Home

We travel to the Raleigh area from Michigan three times a year. We stay at Changes in Latitude every time. It is like our North Carolina home. It really feels like a second home to us. We love the pool, visiting with Luna and Sadie and their people are really nice too! It is nice to be able to to have our own "home" as we are visiting our son and his family. The grandkids will each spend a night with us giving us time to spend with each grandchild individually. They love swimming in the pool and their parents enjoy having them with the grandparents for a night! Staying at Changes in Latitude feels like we are at our second home.

Kids camp and mommy work week

My daughters and I had a hectic schedule attending 2 separate camps, one at NC State and the other in Apex, but every afternoon we looked forward to the pool at the property and our last night enjoyed dinner by the pool. I mostly enjoyed having Tracie and Jay at the house on the property because I was not familiar with the area when I booked the reservation and I felt like my family and belongings were safe with them being on site. Even though they were next door, they were close enough if we needed anything and very hospitable during our entire weeklong stay. In addition to the 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment with a kitchen, they have a separate 1 bedroom queen bed unit in the back as well. Very impressive owners and property. We will definitely be visiting again on our next trip to the area to enjoy the amenities and camaraderie.
