The space
Sage Cottage is brand new--built in August 2026. The space is a 575-square-foot, one-bedroom abode designed to feel cozy, comfortable, and elevated. The cottage features vaulted ceilings, warm natural finishes, and thoughtful touches throughout.

The cottage is a private, standalone space located behind our primary home. It has its own entrance, outdoor area with privacy fence, and dedicated parking directly in front of the cottage.

Inside, you'll find the following comforts:
- Master bedroom with king bed and closet
- Living room with a queen sleeper sofa
- Kitchen fully stocked and equipped with a full stove, oven, fridge, microwave, high-quality coffee maker, tea kettle, and all kitchen necessities
- Full bathroom with walk-in shower
- Fresh towels, extra linens, bathroom toiletries
- Full-size washer and dryer
- Smart thermostat with brand new HVAC for cooling & heating

The entire cottage is on one level with a flat, brick walkway from the parking area to the front door.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire Sage Cottage, including the bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and outdoor area.

Guests also have access to the dedicated driveway parking directly in front of the cottage.

The cottage has its own private entrance separate from the primary home. The outdoor area is enclosed by a privacy fence.
