The host was very helpful and generally efficient. The amenities are new. The interior is very tasteful. We had a problem with adding a couple of hours pre-arrival. The door code didn't work to get in at the agreed upon time, so I wouldn't mess with trying to do that.The neighborhood is run down, but we felt very safe. The walk to the Raleigh Convention Center is about 1/2 mile exactly. There are crosswalks the entire way. Appliances are all nice and working.Bedrooms are small and there is no place to sit a suitcase except on the floor or bed. We had 1 person per bedroom and that was plenty per room.The sitting area is spacious and be sure to check out the living room cabinet for games. The front and side doors are beautiful, but have windows without curtains or blinds. The downstairs bedroom would benefit from light blocking curtains for sleep. None of these are deal breakers, but they explain the 4 stars rather than 5.
