« Well the front desk was helpful but it can’t be said for the housekeeping staff. I had to ask for things twice and still didn’t get them. I had to change the room from the 7th floor to the 4th floor to get wifi reception and that didn’t help much. The front desk manager did let me borrow his wifi dongle. The shower drainage was clogged and there were no hooks to hang clothing behind the door. The breakfast was average at best but wait staff were awesome. If u need strong wifi signal then perhaps...

« All ok as per the price rage all good. »

« It is centrally located. Very well managed and run hotel. The staff were excellent. The rooms, the ambience all are exceptional. You will not go wrong staying there. A total value for your money. »

« Hotel was quiet, room was clean, no problem with check-in and check out, staff friendly and helpful. For this price, I paid 900rs, it's fairly good value and was fine. AC and clean and quiet so no issues - no breakfast or other frills but at this price what can be expected. »

« The hotel room and bathroom were small, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom smelled a bit. The soap provided by the hotel had a lovely lemongrass scent. Breakfast was delivered at the scheduled time, and the staff were very kind, even calling an Uber to take me to the airport. There are many restaurants nearby, so dinner is not a problem. The hotel is a little off the road, so it was quiet at night and I slept well. The hotel's exterior is old, which made me worry about the safety, but it...

« Could use paper products in the bathroom »

« There is no minimum amenities no hot water its worst than a hotel room bed sheets are bot clean no stove and kettle in the kitchen bathrooms are very dirty »

« Not a single room left without cockroaches. Terrible staying there. »

« Booked the Delux room. When checking in, I was told deluxe means shared apartment with only one private room. The living, kitchen, and bathroom are supposed to be shared with other roommates. This was never mentioned anywhere during our after-the-booking. It was stressful to pay for a full apartment and ended up knowing it’s a shared space. After contacting the property manager, we were given a 1bhk apartment in a near by building and it was even horrible. Cockroaches everywhere. We ended up...
