« The staff is outstanding and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay. I would have rated it excellent if there was access to the lake and a tad less noisy. It was off season so I couldnât get on the water via the hotel as itâs a private lake - who knew that was a thing?! Also, the walls are paper thin and I had noisy neighbors. I could hear every detail of the conversation in their room. I also never received the promised email receipt upon check out. »
