« The kitchen area floors were dirty. Told management. After cleaning I showed them again how dirty the floor. Met cleaning manager who said they mopped it 3 times. Don't know what their technique is I thing they just move the dirt from one place to another. No one ever changes the water or pad. Carpet was dirty also. Washed my feet before getting in bed.
