Burn Wood - There will be plenty of wood provided, the rest you will need to provide. MAKE SURE TO CHECK ALL BURN BANS - blackhillsfirerestrictions.com
Sewer Pumping - If the stay is longer than 5 days, will need to set up an additional service to have the sewer cleaned.
Water - Water will be filled prior to your arrival. Water is used for cooking and bathing. We recommend not using the water for drinking. There is also a wash station outside for exterior use as well.
Electric - Powered by the generator and solar panels. You should only have to turn the Generator on.
Generator - You should only need the generator for AC and kitchen necessities. The main source of power will be the Solar Panels.

Out door Space - There are picnic tables available for use. You will enjoy the Outdoor seating provided near the small creek that runs through the property as well.
