« We loved our stay here! Great location and drivable to various Dolomites hikes and sights. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. We got engaged during our stay and the staff treated us to a complimentary bottle of prosecco! The sauna and spa facilities were also a treat to use after our long hikes. Breakfast was also fabulous with lots of variety, quality coffee and made to order egg dishes. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Orso Grigio! »

« Super séjour, très bel hôtel, très grandes chambres confortables et rénovées, petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité, vue sur la vallée, dans un petit village mignon. Le dîner qui est proposé en supplément est un régal, pour un prix défiant toute concurrence. Le personnel est très attentionné. Seul point négatif: le débit du wifi est un peu lent »

« Quelle nuit horrible : payer près de 170€ pour une literie aussi inconfortable est simplement inadmissible !! Le check-in a été catastrophique. Notre réservation n'a pas été trouvé. Aucune explication sur le fonctionnement de la piscine, après une rude journée de randonnée nous ne pensions qu'à nous détendre dans la piscine : celle ci est sur réservation à cause du covid. Encore aurait il fallu nous prévenir ? Personnel sympathique mais prestations et tarif à revoir. La clientèle germanique doit...

« Superbe semaine dans un cadre fantastique des Dolomites .Nous avons expérimenté un séjour hivernal mais l´été , ce devrait etre tres bien aussi. Ne pas hesitez a prendre a formule demi pension avec diner. C´est tres bon et varié. Hotel situé a moins de 10km de la frontiere autrichienne »

« Our stay at Hotel Gran Ciasa was one of the highlights of our Italy vacation. The surroundings are beautiful and you can enjoy them from anywhere within the hotel. « Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in questo albergo. La camera molto semplice ma confortevole, purtroppo non c'era la doccia ma solo una vasca, ma per il resto la struttura é eccellente: centro benessere un po' freddo per stare fermi a rilassarsi ma nel complesso ottime le condizioni di sauna bagno turco e piscina. Forse anche la piscina esterna andrebbe riscaldata un po' di più per godersela più a lungo ottimi i massaggi e il personale. Ottimo il cibo, grande scelta sia a colazione che a cena e...
