Minore

Le village de minore est magnifique. Il n’est pas trop touristique. Il a donc maintenu son charme et son caractère. Les incontournables selon moi sont le sentier des Limones, les villes de Mironie, Ravello et Maieri. Ce fut un tres beau séjour.

This is one of the most incredible places I have ever stayed. Clean, the most amazing view, beautiful pool and a fantastic location! However, what made the stay even more memorable was the incredible staff! They were amazing! From the time we checked in to the time we checked out. They went above and beyond. Arranged, flowers for my girlfriend, ride to and from Naples, a scooter rental, pizza, advice on where to go for dinner etc. etc. You cannot go wrong staying here! Nothing short of amazing! Thanks again to Guiseppe and the rest of the staff for making are stay a memorable one! You guys are the best!!

Breathtaking views and excellent hospitality

Our stay in Minori was so memorable and wonderful in large part to the hospitality of Giusseppe & having a beautiful place to take in the sights and views. The apartment was spacious, clean, had ample towels, lounging areas and common areas to use. The pool was magical, the balcony with 180 degeee views was so picturesque. I appreciated the welcome snacks , pasta wine and assistance to get all my groceries to and from the apartment with a car or scooter. One drawback is the walk to the apartment on the narrow road with lots of blind turns. I would not recommend this to anyone with young kids… Get a ride in a car for sure. Not safe. Giuseppe was like a private concierge, offering to make reservations, give suggestions and escort us to buy foods and deliver them for us to the apartment so we could stay by the beach. Wonderful person who added to our enjoyment very much. We also loved the espresso maker

Absolutely Amazing Stay. Incredible Property. Arguable the best service we have ever received.

There are so many amazing things about this rental that I can say. I will try and capture all of them as best I can.First off - the property itself. This apartment is amazing. Very clean and had everything we needed, including comfortable beds. But the views steak the show. We woke up every morning and looked out our windows to a stunning view of the sea. This property is literally right on the coast. And then there is the pool...THE POOL! The photos shown in the apartment do not lie -the pool view is exceptional. While the pool is shared by other apartments, we had the pool to ourselves each time we were there. Then there is the town of Minori. We loved Minori. Everyone raves about Amalfi and Positano and they are great beach towns. But Minori has all of the same offerings in a much quieter, less crowded setting. Great restaurants. Great beach. Minori was outstanding and just a short 7 minute walk from the apartment. Finally, and believe it or not, maybe the best part... Giuseppe, Giuseppe was our host. He was ALWAYS available. He was over the top responsive. He was kind. He was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions on our 5 day stay. His recommendations were outstanding. His service literally made this whole experience one of the best rentals we have ever had in 10 plus years. We were so grateful that he was there for us all 5 days, even on his day off. Thank you Giuseppe!!!

Absolutely stunning

Before arrival I was in contact with Samantha and Vincenzo with questions. They made it very easy. We arrived by ferry and were greeted by Giuseppe.He was kind enough to make 2 trips to the apartment to get allof us and our luggage to the apartment. Which is only about an 8 minute walk but there and may stairs to get to the apartment When we arrived there was a basket of goodies for us including wine, pasta, sauce and snacks. This came in very handy as we wereall hungry. Giuseppe gave us a tour of the property and I have to say it was more beautiful than the pictures on line. The pool is gorgeous warm and the view is beyond anything we could have imagined. Giuseppe went above and beyond. He checked in with us everyday to see what we needed. He even went out to bring us pizzas and wine. We aren’t on our private terrace. He offered to get groceries for us. He took care of making dinner reservations when we arrived back from exploring each day. I can’t say enough about him. All the other staff we meet extremely friendly. They also brought us by car back to the pier. Loved our stay. If you’re reading my review I hope you decide to book with them. I also want to say we originally wanted to stay in Amalfi or Positano and I’m happy we picked Minori. Not as busy and only a 10 minute ferry to Amalfi. I liked being out of the congestion.

Beautiful property in a great location

We had an amazing time at this property. The space was clean, the amenities and snacks were so much appreciated, the staff was an incredible support and always readily available with recommendations and to answer questions. We took advantage of our balcony, patio and the pool, which was warm enough to enjoy in May. We also enjoyed a few fresh lemons from their trees for our cocktails. The property was very close to Minori, and you quickly get used to navigating both the crazy drivers and the stairs. The only flaw I would call out is that if you're planning to spend your days enjoying the property and not out and about, be aware that it is loud! It's at a major turn in the road so buses and cars honk as they go by and traffic is fairly non-stop. In the mornings and at night it was no issue at all, but during the day time it wasn't the most relaxing, though the beautiful view more than made up for it. I would recommend to anyone visiting the Amalfi coast!

Loved our stay at Uva Amalfi vacation

The house surpassed our expectations, the photos don’t do it justice. The pool was incredible and we had it to ourselves 2 out of the 2 days. It was pleasantly warm so our kids loved it. Everything inside the apartment was spotless and looked nearly new. We had tons of space and the multiple areas both inside and outside the apartment to sit and gaze over the coast to the sea were priceless. There is a patio area directly outside the living room, a balcony at the front of the apartment, a shaded seating area under lemon trees with grill and table out the front door and best of all the infinity pool with lounge chairs in sun and shade up above the complex. The AmalfiVacation team, Vincenzo, Erminia, Samantha Andrea and Giuseppe were all great!

Amazing stay at Uva by Amalfivacation

What is not to like?! This villa is a 10 out of 10 in our opinion. Beautiful views, gorgeous house and a beautiful getaway for a family of four on the busy Amalfi coast. Welcome pack and a bottle of wine from Amalfivacation. We loved the location, the infinity pool, the washing machine, and separation from our two teenage children (2 beds, 2 baths). Easy and short walk to Minori with the beach, and restaurants, great hike to Ravello. Giuseppe was there waiting to wave us into the garage upon arrival and was very friendly and accommodating: he helped us from the beginning to the end no matter what time of the day he was always available to help. Thanks also to Samantha, who was always very responsive and professional, and to Vincenzo (from the office) and Andrea who was on site as well, taking care, especially of the pool. . We also have a great dinner at "Al Mare Restaurants" at their related Hotel Santa Caterina in Amalfi with complimentary trasport which was a great bonus. We would not hesitate to recommend Uva - Pagliarulo complex and Amalfivacation!

Amalfi in September

This Property is part of a small complex of apartment terraces overlooking the sea. Fantastic view, amazing pool, and everything we needed for three days. The manager Vicenzo and Giuseppe were both very responsive and accommodating with excellent service. We also had a private chef Claudia Rocco prepare a family-style dinner for the four of us one evening with her mother and husband. We highly recommend this suite! Highlights being sunrises, walks to Minori for restaurant and groceries and close to Revello and it’s beautiful gardens.

Stunning and relaxed

This property had everything we were looking for for our 3 days on the coast. We wanted something beautiful, but that felt laid back and comfortable, and that’s exactly what we found here. The view from the room absolutely cannot be beat. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the sea. It was so nice to have multiple outdoor spaces that were completely our own. Before we arrived, communication was amazing. We had reservations made, transfers booked, and recommendations on how to get to the villa. It was completely comforting since we had never traveled to the area before. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of by Giuseppe. He helped us with dinner recommendations, pickups, and reservations. He checked on us and made sure were comfortable and had everything we needed. We are so grateful for such a wonderful stay in Minori. I would recommend this place to anyone I know and I would absolutely stay here next time I visit. It will make your trip!!!

Ravello vacation

We have just returned from a wonderful getaway in Ravello with our teen aged sons. The property is clean, the staff couldn't have been any better as they were very responsive to our needs. In particular, Guisseppe and Andrea went above and beyond for our family. We arranged a private chef to come in to the villa upon our arrival- Claudia was fantastic; she and her crew cooked and cleaned everything to perfection leaving us with leftovers for the next day's lunch. The location of the villa is wonderful- we had two balconies with unobstructed views of the coast, which were absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed morning coffees, afternoon spritzes and wine while watching the boats go by. We walked into Minori for lunches, market, dinner, and to get the ferry. We loved the quaint little town as it was an authentic Italian holiday vacation. The only drawback in getting to Minori is the walk there, while it is only 7-8 minutes, you are walking on a very narrow, windy road with cars and buses traveling next to you. We often took a taxi back to the villa, which were readily available in the small town. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend looking into this property for your vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were greeted by Giuseppe who showed us around after we arrived. He was VERY friendly, cordial and very polite to offer his services at anytime. He was a one of a kind host. Andrea, the manager, met us later after responding quickly to some issues with the unit - mainly AC problems in one bedroom that eventually had to be replaced the next day. We really appreciated the services of driving to Minori by Andrea and all the drivers (friends of Andrea or Giuseppe). We got to enjoy our private terrace for lunch with pizza and wine and thanks again to Giuseppe for the pizza. We also enjoyed the restaurants we had reserved in advanced- Al Mare and Glicine at a lovely hotel- the Santa Caterina. You are lucky to be acquainted with such a fine place! They were a great experience both culinary wise as well as the views and the staff. We also greatly appreciated the recommendations for breakfast (Sal de Riso) and for dinner, including the watch tower (Torre Normana) and Giardiniello [good food but we were ignored for service] and Giuseppe's favorite, Garum. The VRBO unit was pleasant, spacious. The mattress for our bed in our room (with the bathroom) felt a bit tilted or uneven. The pool was very nice though a bit far to get to. The washer worked well and it was fun to get the laundry air- and sun-dried. The pre-booked boat tours on Lucy were also excellent. Good staff (Linda, Salvatore and one other captain) were helpful. GREAT BOAT.

Room with a view

My family and I stayed in one of the few apartments on the property. We were greeted by Giuseppe, who was more than thorough with his guidance on property details; during our stay he was also always available to answer questions, give suggestions on best restaurants, help with transportation or whatever else we needed. We were all very impressed with his hospitality. Apartment was large, elegantly furnished and very comfortable. Abundant amount of clean linens was provided, each space was equipped with split ac unit, and we were gifted with a huge tray of local snacks. Additionally, our apartment had two terraces for our private use. Property was very nicely maintained with plenty of greenery, lemon trees, grapes, flowers, it was truly magical. This was our first time to the Amalfi Coast and we could not have chosen a better hub to navigate the region. It is listed as being in Ravello, which it technical is, but it is right next door to Minori and right on the water's edge. This quaint village allows you to escape the congestion and craziness that is found in other towns. Easy to walk to Minori town and catch the bus or ferry to all other towns along the coast. Spacious apartment with a private courtyard, lemon groves and shared infinity pool high above the cliff overlooking a spectacular view. Geisseppe was our host and he was wonderful. Helped us to set up transfers, meal reservations, grocery shopping, etc. He was a wonderful host and guide. We would highly recommend this location as your hub to the Amalfi Coast experience.

Only regret: not staying longer

There is nothing we didn’t love about this place. Me, my wife and adult daughter just returned from staying here for 9 days. It was better than advertised. The team at the rental place was great. The location was great. Note that while it says the location is Ravello, you’re actually only a 5 minute walk from Minori, a great beachside town. Also, as other reviews have noted, there is a bus stop at the condo itself. Trust me, you’ll want to get to know the bus schedule as it’s a cheap way to get all up and down the coast. A bit of forewarning: the buses can get very crowded, so best to have a second option if you find yourself in Amalfi, Salerno or somewhere in between. We used taxis several times when the buses were packed and it was well worth the cost. You can also catch the ferry in Minori to Capri, Amalfi or elsewhere. Get to know the train schedule also, as it’s a great option for traveling to Rome, Pompei or other sites. All in all, I would stay here again without hesitation. Ciao.

Fantastic property

Even before we arrived the host, Vincenzo, helped us with so many plans and responded quickly to any questions we had. The property is spacious and impeccable! The views were stunning and pool area was just magical, with such amazing views and warm water !! Giuseppe was on site and able to answer questions and assist with amazing restaurant recommendations and assist with finding appropriate transport options. Staying in Minori allowed us to be a little further from the crowds, but we still had an amazing selection of restaurants and shops....and phenomenal gelato !!

Glorious, it's better than you can imagine

We stayed in the nicest house in Ravello...a short and easy walk (or 2 minute by bus or car),from the lovely Minori where you can find everything...what can we say except that this place ' rocks'...it has every modern convenience on hand...high speed free internet...the rooms were impeccable...the view of the ocean from the terraces and the living room takes your breath away... Giuseppe made us more than welcome, with complimentary snacks, breakfast items and wine and was so obliging...everything was perfect!! Vincenzo and his colleagues were more than helpful getting us there and continued to be of great service throughout our entire stay, helping us with day trips, transfers, etc. One more thing...do not stay anywhere else...as you may be dissappointed...this place comes with a guarantee to excite your senses to the MAX!!!!

Amazing views

Checkin was super easy. We met with Giuseppe and he was awesome. He did things for us that were above and beyond our expectations! He made our stay extra easy and special.The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. The views were amazing. The apartment was located between Amalfi and Minori. Minori was a 10 minute walk and the town is lovely and has markets and restaurants and the ferry dock.The only downside was walking along the busy windy road which at times unnerved my wife. Otherwise a great spot to stay!
