„Hotel was in great renovated condition, rooms were clean and functional. Reception were helpful and always available to help. Location was good as we were only a 20 minute walk from the train station so we're able to pop to Windsor within 40 minutes, plus you are right on the river so can take a walk alongside to the station! The only downside to our stay was the error made at billing for parking and the spa where we were double charged, but I'm hopeful this will be corrected quickly.“

„The accessible twin room was perfect for travelling with my Mum who has limited mobility. It was the first (only?) room on the ground floor. It was spacious and good to have rails by the walk-in shower and toilet. Although my Mum uses a walking stick and not a wheelchair we could see it being perfect for someone who does. We liked the little table and chairs, The hotel is within a short walk from restaurants and shops. The staff on reception were friendly.“
