« The space is perfect for two adults and our dog. The space was clean, quiet, and close to Shasta Dam. Nice outdoor seating area and even had a fenced in yard for our pup. I’d recommend it! »

« This was a great stopover on our road trip. Very comfortable and super clean. There’s even a little play structure that they let our kids use. They include mattress toppers for the sofa beds, which was a much appreciated touch. »

I think the ventilation system must be connected somehow. So I'm gonna knock off a star for that. It would have been nicer to have the suite be in a separate guest house. But other than that, the experience was good. I...

« We had a wonderful week-long stay and really enjoyed our time at this home! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was excellent—very responsive, easy to communicate with, and always prompt in getting back to us whenever we had a question.
We especially enjoyed the hot tub, and the BBQ was clean and worked perfectly, which made it easy to enjoy some relaxing evenings at the house. The location was also great, with easy access to Whiskeytown...

« The property is very private extremely clean and has everything you need to cook or relax and eat out. There’s a beautiful pool and a wonderful serene view of the river with chairs, lights and several games if traveling with family. you do share the property with other travelers, although it was still quite peaceful. it is also puppy friendly and the grounds are kept impeccably. The hosts were wonderful and I couldn’t say enough about how absolutely beautiful the view is.!! I will definitely be...
