„We had a wonderful vacation at the cabin. It was all high end in the woods with the river right next to the cabin. The appliances were high end and everything was neat and thighty. We loved it!“

„The house had a great location close to skiing, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and the gas fireplace. Plenty of space to spread out. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It snowed overnight one night we were there, and the plow came by 9:30, so we were still able to get out and go skiing early, which was wonderful.“

„I can't say anything because my reservation was cancelled by Sheena , the host, and no communication and no refund of my pymt.Very bad, the site booked the wrong days and wrong quantity of adults , Sheena offered another cabin for the days needed, but in the end, she cancelled our reservation!“

„This place is not as advertised. Nothing about it is updated and the hot tub was so old the cover to it fell apart when I opened it to check the temp. There is no heat except an electric floor heater and the bed is memory foam and a sinking sink hole. The patio where the hot tub was had deep snow and ice and was not safe. Overall exceptionally bad experience. Don’t recommend. Pictures are not accurate. “

„We loved the location of 40 PL. It was tucked off of the main road, and felt like we were truly in the woods! The cabin is spacious and more than enough room for four adults and medium size dog. The location to hiking trails and Mt Washington Cog Railway was ideal. We even enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit! We would absolutely consider returning to this property.“
