« We were here visiting Seattle. This hotel is very clean, the team was very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms are large and you feel like home. Thé only improvement I could suggest would be an indoor pool, because it was too chilly to use the outdoor one. »

« Check-in was awful. I booked a room and arrived a bit later. I arrived to a completely shut down lobby and a phone for “24/7 service” that was broken. I used my cellphone to call the property and the individual that answered informed me that the check-in desk was closed and they had no reservations for tonight. I informed him I did have a reservation and he told me it would be 20 minutes before he could get there. Meanwhile another person that had a reservation arrived, so it wasn’t only me...

« Hotel and room was very clean, however some attention is needed with tightening the handrails on the stairs and the toilet tank wasn’t tightened (but didn’t leak). It’s a very beautiful hotel. Thought it so strange the only contact we had with staff was calling when we first got there to get access inside the building. Beds and bedding very comfortable! « You could not ask for a nicer quiet B&B and the hosts were amazing. You will be all by yourself as they only host one couple at a time. On Cottage Lake the facility is warm and friendly, and a little dated with the layout. It's private and breakfast is served at whatever time you want, and it's excellent! A very nice getaway that seems away from everything but only half hour-40 minutes or so from Seattle. »

« Really the only thing that was not excellent was trying to sit in the theater with those weird trays and eat a regular meal. I ended up with food down to front of me was uncomfortable to sit there It would’ve been nicer to have a table or something that was more appropriate to have a meal next time I would probably choose to eat dinner before seeing a movie and I wasn’t super thrilled with the breakfast items on the room service menu. « The parking is valet only $50 per day or you can self-park in the garage next door for $30 per day. They offer in-room dining, and a $39 breakfast buffet. We spent $400 for one room a night for family of 4. For this price, they didn’t have much amenities. No pool but a 24hr gym. The carpet in the room was noticeably dirty. The table tops were also stained. Bathroom could have been cleaner as there were still hairs on the ground and shower. My biggest complaint was the pillows smelled so awful...

« Had an amazing time there. It’s picture perfect if you ask me. Angel was awesome very much made us feel welcome in the restaurant. Front desk lady Kim made us feel like family. Beautiful rooms as and art work as well. Spa treatment was top of the line. The property has lots of place to walk with an awesome playground. Would definitely come here yearly. »
