« This hotel is located close to Canton and Akron. Convenient for our stay. So disappointed in the front desk staff. Upon check in she never looked up and just said, "credit card and driver's license". That was it. Handed us the key and pointed to the elevators. This happened three of the four days when we asked the front desk questions. Same person. Room service was iffy. They didn't replenish the coffee or the drinking cups and on two of the days the bed was never made up. These may sound petty...

« Hotel itself was great.only some staff knew what they were doing however. The female that was working at 6 pm the night I checked in said she put me down for the airport shuttle for next morning however when I went to get the shuttle next morning I was advised she did it wrong and the driver was going to late. The morning staff Diane was a great help and I only had to wait 30 minutes while they contacted the driver. »

« Love this property. You know exactly what you get each time. Price has gone up and the property is aging badly. Too stay at such high rates it’s time to renovate. Leaking bathroom sink, peeling paint, torn and chipped carpet/vinyl and the same dirty breakfast area all need some attention. WiFi doesn’t remain connected during peak hours. »

« Clean room, but there was a marijuana scent in the hallway of my room that I smelled all night😓. The restaurant and bar were closed, probably because the lack of staff...seems to be the case everywhere these days😥. »

« I booked a room [136] with the expectation of relaxing. Unfortunately, I woke up to an infestation of ants (in the bed with me, in the bathroom and nightstand). I called the front desk to learn that this is a known issue. Being greeted my ants was not listed on the disclaimer I signed. I felt disrupted and clearly not at ease. »

« We were told that the property was being renovated and the renovation is almost complete. It would have been nice to have a "renovated" room. The room we got definitely needed renovated (burn mark on tub, wallpaper pealing, stains on carpet, cracks in kitchen tiles, vents were very dirty/dusty). We had a 2 night stay and they didn't clean our room at all. When we went to the front desk to ask for clean towels, we were given clean towels right away, but they didn't even apologize or...
