Hôtel près de Regal Vancouver Plaza, Vancouver, Vancouver

« This has been my go to hotel in Vancouver but no longer. They charge you extra if you check in before 4:00. Doesn’t matter that the room is ready, you pay. It’s a money grab. I think it’s $25 to check in early, even at 3:45. I only stayed there this time because I was arriving at 6 PM but I think it’s time to move on »

« Bel hôtel, propre, personnel courtois, poli. Très grande suite, lit confortable. »

« Excellent séjour. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Très bon accueil et rapide. Grande chambre et spacieuse. »

« Not good at remembering names, but the lady who checked us in on 10/29 was the most helpful, friendly, and professional person I have had dealings with at any hotel. And she remained that way throughout our stay. She deserves a gold star! The others were nice, as well, but she went above and beyond to be helpful and just had the greatest personality! Our room was clean and nicely arranged and the breakfast was excellent every morning. We enjoyed the variety of fresh offerings! Thank you for...

« Nothing was open the pool or the patio and they charge full price as if it was full service and the Latin woman that works in the morning had a attitude problem and always answers or treats people so horrible the way she talks to people it’s unbelievable bad! She made my whole month that I stayed there a nightmare »

« Excellent »

« I will not be staying here again. I have stayed. at Portland airport hotels a lot and slept well. This hotel is situated. where the airplanes seem to all take off over your head and there are no earplugs. The people upstairs were walking back and forth on their room with a toddler running up and down too and the walls seemed paper thin. Despite the good remodel and comfortable bed sleeping well was not an option. »

Personnel hyper serviable. A recommander ! »

« Old hotel that would rely need a refurbishment. »
