« The hotel itself was perfectly fine—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. What really stood out, though, was the location. It was absolutely fantastic. There was a beautiful walking path right behind the hotel, along with a nearby park that added so much to the experience. « Staff was great and very accomidating, only issue was breakfast was mediocure even for big chain hotel, 1st day nothing was warm let alone hot. Also the AC/Heater didn't really fuction well, could not get warm. »

« Our room wasn't ready when we arrived and it was 10 to 4 and check in is 3. The staff manning the desk when arriving could be more welcoming. How about a smile and welcome to wyndham or such. It was off putting when you are made to feel that it was our fault and we were an inconvenience that we had to wait for our room to be ready. I can't fault the cleanliest or the accommodations they were great. »

« There were multiple issues with the hotel. Some were outside of their control such as the power outage and the hour check in time from down systems after the power came back. There was only hot water on half of the time during my 3 day stay. The room cleaning was very minimal if they came in at all. On a positive note, the hotel has a very nice fitness center and the front desk staff were friendly. »

« Annoying employee crossed a line in the pool area thinking she can tell me how to parent my children. They were jumping in the pool. No signs posted that they can’t. Diving and jumping feet first are 2 different things. They respectfully stayed from people while doing it. Employee explains to children they can’t and then came to speak to us. Despite disagreeing, we intended to do as she said. We acknowledged and told her we’d handle it. Employee continued to stand behind us hoovering until...
