« Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. When we arrived at the rental, there was no electricity at check-in, and the property remained without power for two full days. Because the unit was not in a livable condition, I had to secure a backup hotel at my own expense. « Hôtel bien placé mais pas au top au niveau accueil, propreté et petit déjeuner. L’accueil n’est pas des plus chaud mais ça allait quand même. Foule au niveau du petit déjeuner avec une file d’attente pour avoir des gaufres ou une table déplus de 20 mnLa personne du petit déjeuner est très énergique mais à 8h59 elle accélère encore pour tout arrêter même s’il y encore la queue. La propreté générale est moyenne. Manque d’entretien global. »
