The villa is only 3 km from the nearest shops and restaurants and 30 km from Florence with its many attractions. It is also well located for exploring other cities in the area such as Arezzo, Siena, and San Gimignano.

Villa Ranuncolo (130 sqm) develops over three levels.

On the lower floor, you will find a wellness area (with steam bath, jacuzzi and shower) and a laundry room (with washing machine and ironing facilities).
