« We stayed here for just **one night in Leticia** and had a very good experience. The hotel appears to be **new, and the rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable**. The mattress was especially comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The staff were **friendly and helpful**, although English is somewhat limited, so a little Spanish can be useful. Breakfast was fairly basic but adequate. Overall, a **comfortable and pleasant stay with spacious rooms and great value**. I would...

« Las camas están sobre gaveras todo es un desastre »

« The personnel was very nice and welcoming. The location is central. I believe it is the best place in Leticia. I would definitely recommend it »

« Hebergement dans une famille, d'une communauté Indigene, immersion totale dans le village »

« Chambre propre, personnel agréable, hôtel agréable, central et avec piscine »

« Great service. Food was ok »

« The property did not have electricity. And when I booked it that detail wasn’t in the description of the cabin , I had a very bad trip because of that , at least should say no WiFi no electricity, I took my kids and was very very horrible and disappointed ! »

« Le lieux est magnifique en bordure du fleuve Amazone. Belle piscine, la zone de cocktail, la restauration sont agreables, mais l'etat general d'entretien global de l'etablissement, des chambres ainsi que des salles de bain laissent à désirer. Quel dommage pour un établissement de ce type qui devait être très beau à ses debuts. De plus l'accueil à la reception se fait d'une manière froide avec très peu de sourire... »

« From the moment we arrived, Esteban and Vanessa went above and beyond to make our stay truly exceptional. They picked us up, helped us settle in, and thoughtfully arranged our tours with such care and attention to detail—it felt like staying with close friends rather than at a hotel. Every meal prepared by the staff was delicious, fresh, and made with love. We were always looking forward to what was next! The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained—easily one of the cleanest places...

« The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. A white sink, toilet, etc in the middle of the jungle in pristine condition, wow. Just a great environment and a chance to actually relax because we were taken...

« My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Buru Hotel. Everything from the moment you check in is absolutely wonderful. From the owner who is present on the property, to the staff were all so welcoming and helpful. All of our tours were arranged through the hotel and were as expected. We are so glad we chose this ecological hotel, it really made our Amazonian experience so much fun. »

« Hvis man søger fred og ro er hotellet perfekt, idet det ligger 5 km uden for byen. Det er meget uheldigt, at det på Hotels.com er angivet at ligge midt i Leticia bycentrum, hvilket er helt forkert og misvisende. Men det er rigtig søde ansatte på hotellet, der har en dejlig og ren pool, store hytter og masser af grønne områder. Bestemt et godt opholf. »

« Hotel is disgusting dirty. Hotel employees try charging you double for everything. I pre paid a hotel and was told I didn't pay for it and that Expedia doesn't pay them. Do not go here. Was charged double for dinner. Paid for an experience thru the hotel. Which advertises that they have an English speaker at hotel which doesn't doesn't. Paid for 2 hours to do the caiman for 2 people. Hotel employee gave us tour all in Spanish in the pitch black on the Amazon river couldn't understand what he was...
