« The staff are beyond friendly. We enjoyed our fireside riddles and laughed a lot with some of the staff. Our camel ride out to the camp with guide Mohammed was stellar. There was a stop for the sunset and some local berbere men shared their sand board with us so we could play on the dunes. The only thing I'd change about the entire experience is the dinner. I wish it'd been more authentic and less "fancy". I should also warn that the heat does not and has not worked in the camp in some time. We...

« The property accepted our 2-night reservation 2 months ago but they were closed when we arrived. We had to find another lodging option on the spot. Not even an apology from the owner that we could contact on the phone. Terrible experience! »

« Très belle expérience en plein coeur du désert. Les pieds dans la dune, littéralement. Service au top (diner copieux et très bon, mais à payer en extra) avec des jeunes adorables qui vous accueillent très bien (petit concert le premier soir). Le wifi ne marche pas dans les chambres éloignées de la tente commune. Pas grave mais faut le dire. Ils vont installer la clim apparemment. En attendant il faut vivre l’expérience authentique. « Camels, and 4X4’s, luxury and serenity. The camp had it all. It was the perfect experience and one I truly hope to experience again. We spent 2 nights at the camp and I am so glad that we did, one just would not be enough. Although the food, surroundings, stargazing, camel rides, and four wheeling through the dunes are amazing, the best part of Horaz is the wonderful, warm staff.
