„Ein tolles Hotel. Es kostet nur us$ 2.- um mit der Taxi in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Dafuer hat man eine super ruhige Umgebung. Die Zimmer und Betten sind super, ebenso wie das Frühstück und Personal. Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein und der Wasserdruck schwach. Dennoch ein Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Empfehlenswert!“

„Staff were friendly and helpful - although several of my tours happened at weird early hours and I did not always see desk staff around so I am not sure about the 24/7 detail. Aesthetically it’s charming and authentic, looks just like the photos. Some of my room and bathroom fixtures were a bit worn, but all fully functional. „Our trip to Machu Picchu brought us to this property. We wanted to reach a day early to rest up for an early morning appointment. We had a child who wasn't feeling great. The staff went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. They also stored our luggage even after we checked out, so we could visit Machu Picchu without having to carry them all the way. We were given a detailed map of Cusco upon check-in, along with thoughtful, local recommendations that made our explorations even more special. Every team member we encountered was genuinely kind, always greeted us by name, and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and happy. The design of the hotel is stunning – rustic, elegant, and full of authentic local charm. Every corner has a story, and the ambiance is both peaceful and inspiring. Our room was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-stocked with fresh tea and water daily. In the evenings, we were treated to a lovely turn-down service, complete with a hot water bottle tucked into the bed – a delightful touch that made us smile each night.
