We met up with extended family for a week's stay. It is definitely out of downtown Reno, but nothing in the city was a long drive time. The freeway is close by for easy access. It is down a bumpy dusty driveway as noted in the listing, but it didn't bother us. Relatively quiet neighborhood, although the dogs across the street did bark if you were out in the front of the house.
The one discrepancy in the listing vs. our experience is that it has an evaporative cooler, not air conditioning. It cools the upstairs VERY well, and has to be blown downstairs, so we did fight it a little, keeping the main gathering area cool. Halfway through the week we bought a box fan to push more air downstairs, and that helped. It seemed like fairly mild weather for August while we were there though, so if it's very hot out you might struggle to keep it cool.
Most furnishings and bathrooms were perfectly adequate as a person of size (plus size). The living room couches were a little low for the Senior Citizens in our group. The dining room table was nice and large for a sit down meal (and lots of puzzles!).
The kitchen is well supplied, with bowls, knives, bakeware, dishes, etc. We did have a mouse get into the stuff on the counter, but the Host was made aware of it and said it would be taken care of.
The garage is nice and open if you wanted to park a compact car inside. The laundry was nice to have available. The back porch was cute.
Overall a very pleasant stay.
