**NOTE, these are apartments inside the Ballpark Apartment complex in Reno. As such, there is no "front desk" or "concierge", however, staff is very responsive. I see some frustrated comments about staff not caring or being available to assist guests. Each time I called them, they answered and were pleasant and readily available to assist. The check in/initial garage parking is a bit confusing, so this is an area in which they can improve, but otherwise, beautiful place to stay. We went for the weekend and walked 2 blocks to Virginia Street, streets were clean, felt safe (although would not walk alone at night) and it was so nice to come home to a clean stay without the lingering cigarette smoke of the casino's. There is a rooftop area which I believe had a gathering almost until midnight that was a bit loud; could have just been that one weekend we were there. Again, beautiful facility and would absolutely stay again!

This was an interesting stay - it's a Pop-up hotel - the first floor is where the rented apartments are and the upper floors are all residents. As a hotel patron, you have to park on the 6th (top) floor then walk down the ramp to the elevator to get back down to the 1st floor. A bit of a pain but once you figure it out, it's workable. The building is huge with very long hallways. But everything is brand spankin new so it's wonderful. The beds and bedding are super cozy! The kitchen is stocked with most everything you need and if you need anything, they give you a number to call - and they were very responsive when I needed a wine bottle opener. I had gone to Reno for the Family Weekend at UNR and needed a pet-friendly place and space for other family members. So our 2 bedroom Apt. (Big rooms too) was perfect. They have multiple courtyards and a rooftop lounge with great views. Just missing bar service! There is only one courtyard you can bring your dog and they even provide poop bags. In the mailroom/front lobby, there is a WONDERFUL coffee maker that you just push a button and makes all sorts of wonderful drinks including the richest hot chocolate. It also smells wonderful in that room - they are certainly pumping the air with something dreamy. Overall stay was great. It's close enough to walk to the casinos and some great restaurants. Just stay on the main roads as it seems some of the back alleys could be sketchy. Would stay again for the convenience.

The apartment was a godsend after a long trip. The building and property are brand new with beautiful decor. The location is super convenient with easy walkable access to the city for food and other fun things. It's also right next to the train and bus station. The area felt very safe and clean. The amenities and products ready to use for laundry, shower, and cooking were super thoughtful! The staff were also wonderful and friendly! I'd love to stay again and try out other placemakr properties!

We had a great stay, Maxine is amazing and walked us through everything from getting parked to getting to our room. The rooftop is so fun, we had our kiddos with us and we had a great time playing g games while waiting for the Friday fireworks show to start across the street at the stadium. We will definitely be coming back.

Ad pictures of this place are deceiving. Booked a premium balcony room. The picture shows it on upper floors. Lesser price balcony shows bottom floor, so actually a patio. We get there and are assigned a bottom floor room. That's not what I paid for! I was told all hotel rental rooms are 1st floor. I told them that's not what the picture in there ad shows. Was told sorry we haven't updated our ad. I asked for a manager to talk to, and was told there was no manager on duty. Was told we couldn't get a price adjustment because we reserved through Expedia. It was pretty much a middle finger to us. A couple positives, the pool was nice, kitchen was nice, it was right across from the Reno Aces ballpark and Joanie the housekeeping supervisor was a big help! Bottom line, very deceiving online advertising for their rooms!

First the positive - the apartment was new and beautiful. We really liked the furnishings and the spaciousness. It was great to have a full kitchen stocked with utensils, washer and dryer, etc. We liked the facility overall. The courtyard with the pool was very pleasant and surprisingly breezy, with good sunlight too. The negatives for us were: -Check-in was EXTREMELY complex, difficult, and lengthy -Our room was on the first floor, we were forced to park in the sun on the 6th floor of the parking deck, even though were were at least 100 empty spaces on the floors below. -No one offered us a luggage cart or mentioned that they were available -So many things ran on an app, including door locks, map, customer service (which I believe is AI-powered), and we had problems with all of it, even though we are tech-savvy people -Maintenance work was happening at the hot tub/pool area; very noisy and we were not sure if the pool was open (would also have appreciated knowing this before booking) -Rodent feces in one bedroom and closet -SO. MUCH. SECURITY. -Poor customer service. Getting an extra night was a hassle. Every single thing we needed was a hassle. We got way too many texts. So many rules and the staff seemed focused on punitive enforcement. We didn't feel welcome and the process of staying there was not in keeping with the price.

If you are a family and staying in the reno area THIS is the place! The rooms are nice, spacious,clean and have all the amenities because they are actual apartments. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They have a nice pool area with couches and a fireplace and also a rooftop area with games and lots of seating. It is right across the street from the reno aces baseball park which is great if you are coming with young baseball players like we were or just want something to do. We will definitely be returning!
