„The resort is fairly new. Rooms are nice and clean in general. However, be prepared that outside noice travels through the doors. The bathroom is big and has a shower as well as a bathtub. Now our biggest annoyance:the staff. The service level needs to be improved! They don't even try to help you with a problem. That's why I can't recommend a stay at Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar.“

„Overall experience was ok however, on being asked a bottle of water, they denied mentioning that since you have checked out so it will be chargeable (Not that we cannot buy a bottle of water as tourists...lol) and this was a complete take away. Kept calling for check out even when the property was entirely vacant, looked very impatient. Food was good and the staff was somewhat helpful. They just need to be more caring towards customers.
