Hôtel près de Réserve d'État Montgomery Woods, Redwood Valley, Redwood Valley

« Rien à redire. Personnel sympa. »

« New and clean hotel. Spartan features but clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, and good rates. »

« We have just spent a second stay in willits in this hotel to visit our family who live in the area. The hotel is perfectly located and very quiet. My rooms are very clean, the staff is available and very friendly, we had a very good stay in this hotel decorated in a tasteful western style. »

« Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. I had high expectations based on the reviews and photos compared with other properties. We booked a nonsmoking, pet-free room, but when we entered, it smelled like wet dog. We opened the doors to air it out and turned on the fan, which seemed to make the odor worse. We wondered whether dust or pollen had built up in the air-conditioning unit. Later that evening, I found that both the ice machine and vending machine were out of order. I woke up...

« Very disappointing stay. The hotel was extremely noisy, with young guests partying all night and no staff intervention. The cleanliness was really poor – the sheets were stained and yellowed, the floor was very dirty, and there were only two towels provided for a room of four people. On the positive side, there is a restaurant next door that is very good and worth trying. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. »
