« Had a horrible experience at this hotel. My truck was broken into while parked 7 spots away from the main entrance to the hotel lobby. Worst part is there were many other vehicles that had gotten broken into that same night that were also parked in the hotel parking lot. My window was smashed and truck completely ransacked. I was later informed by the front desk, that they have a security guard who works overnight and is on a golf cart patrolling the lot. Come to find out from another employee...

« Great place to stay, everyone was very friendly. Parking was easy as everyone gets a parking permit. The room was very clean and cleaning was done each day we stayed (5 nights). Only thing that could be better is the pool could be a little cleaner. But also understanding as it was just coming out of Texas winter so the pool probably wasn't used as much consideringit'soutside. There was lots of wasp floating around, leaves, and the bottom looked a little dirty from stuff sinking to the bottom. It...

« The dinner at the restaurant took over an hour to get food, semi cold. Inside pool was flooded making walking through it to get to outside pool like ice skating. Elevator was so old and slow. But Hotel was sitting in a very relaxed setting »

« We spent 8 days there and everything went well. The staff is nice, the swimming pool and the gym were perfect. The only thing we didn’t like much is the breakfast, that was ok but really not the best in town. »

« Hot tub should be only adults or when adults are present. Hot tub should be larger. There should be complimentary breakfast but there’s none. You pay for parking daily at the hotel but I guess that’s expected from San Antonio. Bar was good, good drinks. If you want a good bed, this is a good place for bed and drinks. Not really couple friendly more family friendly. »
