« The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to the two major highways, grocery store and restaurants. We don’t use pools or jacuzzis when we travel, but, they do have them and the area is clean and centrally located on the property. The front counter staff was a bit confrontations when we arrived. We are local residents living in Columbia and the staff member questioned why we were staying with them. Seemed an odd question. Apparently they do not normally allow locals to stay...

« For the price you don’t get much. I could stay at a 4 star hotel in downtown Chicago for the price and it seemed like a plain 3 star hotel. I didn’t have many options in the area so I guess they are price gouging. »

« The advertised amenity of a 24/7 available airport shuttle is NOT honest. While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity. Like I said, staff was nice about it, but the availability and reliability of this amenity feels too uncertain to be used as a main advertising point. »

« First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned. The room was dusty, the furniture archaic, and the lighting was so terrible in the living area of the suite(yes I paid way extra!), all you could do was watch TV. I couldn’t use the couch because it sunk down into a V in the middle! Breakfast was not included in...

« Rien à redire sur cet hôtel sauf qu'on nous charge 10$ us en plus du prix de la chambre; 5$ pour frais de service et 5$ pour un rabais dans les restaurants du casino... on nous donne un coupon rabais à notre arrivé de 5$ et qu'on l'utilise ou non on nous le charge quand on check-out... ce n'est pas un cadeau c'est un frais obligatoire et caché...pas correct! »
