« Showers barely worked. Censures were down. Restaurant was not open the entire time we were there. Room was not what was showing in pictures. Check in staff was very rude. Location is ok but not walkable to anything. Nowhere to eat over the bridge as every restaurant only seats about 20 ppl. »

The first time we stayed the room was very clean this 2 time there was no body wash it was empty the girl that clean is Candace and the shower was dirty. They have great breakfast element is a very great place to stay have a very great living space. 10 out of 10. »

« Hotel and staff were amazing! Feel bad rating a 3 but the bar next door (live music) was so loud from 830p-12 midnight. The hotel staff said the bar being torn down soon but it was so crazy loud (like over 100 decibel when most noise ordinance 75). We couldn’t sleep until it stopped. »

« About what you would expect, rating is lower from me because of a billing issue that could have been avoided as well as a pipe running across the beach that makes it difficult for people with accessibility issues, that isn't the hotels fault but maybe prices should be adjusted if the view is going to include a three foot wide rusty brown pipe and a depressed-looking boardwalk. Still better than Myrtle Beach. »

« Great ocean view, however one elevator was functional the entire week we were there. It’s a large hotel to only have one working elevator. Housekeeping is supposed to be every other day, however we did not have anyone attempt to clean our room in 5 days. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the front desk and get a new roll, as well as clean towels. Our trash piled up so much that I resorted to taking it down myself to a large trash can by the ice machine. For almost 300 a night I...
