« Property was a bit strange from outside has it did not open until 3pm when the bar opened it was closed again early so no food in restaurant available. Once closed the only people in the building were guests no staff. Although it didn't look great outside the rooms were very nice and well equipped. Overall good stay for one night and plenty of places to eat. »

« I would 100% recommend a stay here. The hosts were exceptional with their contact throughout right from when we made the booking. They could not have been more helpful and always responded very promptly and helped with recommending a local pub which was really nice. The accommodation was lovely and the garden area was beautiful and the hot tub temperature was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. »

« It has been refurbished since I last stayed there. What I didn't like was I had to be rescued by housekeeping as the door lock was broken and I couldn't get out. Good job there wasn't a fire. »

« Firstly the good points. Location, large room, outlook onto the garden was all good. However, the downsides 1. Despite check in advertised as "from 14:00" , when we arrived the front desk was shuttered and locked so we waited. Luckily a guest came down the stairs and told us check in had to be done at a pub across the busy road from the hotel. This is not stated anywhere on the confirmation document. Anyway, got the key and returned to the hotel. The room was very sparsely furnished but...
