„Property was close to the Plaza so the location was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. The room that was originally assigned to us had a problem with the lock and we needed to be reassigned to a different room. Rather than make us trek back to the front desk to get a different key, housekeeping opened the new room for us and the front desk brought a new set of keys to the room. So nice and responsive. “

„The La Fonda is a beautiful old hotel. Paying for parking in the rear was so worth it. We came and left frequently, going to historical sites and Taos Pueblo. We were able to sample some local cuisine in the hotel restaurant and the owner was very informative, telling us about the history of his people and the foods they prepare(d).
