« Staff was not helpful and was rude. Never had clean towels was told I had to wait until new staff come in and wash at 7am. The food at Rain was terrible and the coffee was gross and over priced at hotel. When you order food they send it from nearby property with a guy riding a bike with one hand and carry food with other on a tray. I thought this was very unsantized. Felt sick the whole trip and this might have been why after we order food from room service soon as we arrived. »
