„property is fine and the parking ok I would stay there again“

„My sister and I (and spouses) were in town for a wedding at Landsdowne and wanted more space and privacy than staying at the resort. We both gasped with delight when we entered the property and remained thrilled for our 3 night stay. Clean and functional and spacious with lovely outdoor space, very well appointed and excellent communication with the host. I wholeheartedly recommend.“

„Comfortable stay for a family of 5. Great location and quiet. Communicative and understanding host!“

„Perfect spot for family trip to DC. Loved the accomodations it was family friendly and perfectly located.“

„Clean sweet place to stay and relax. Couldn't have been nicer.“

„Clean, comfortable & a quick walk to downtown. Great pizza & craft beer right down the block @ FireWorks Pizza. Kitchen was stocked with just about everything you'll need. The only minor issue is no parking on property, but spots available right across the street. We parked next to side door for unpacking/packing.“

„perfect for one or two days“

„It was a very nice place. When i first booked it said entire house so i was a little worried that my dog might whine when we were gone but she did really good. I notice it’s been changed on the listing to basement. Thank you for the nice accommodations!“

„The property was as stated, the host had things set up nicely with extra kitchen supplies. The host was very communicative and helpful.“

„This rental space is well-maintained with an upgraded bathroom and a luxuriously large bed for sleeping. I did not try out the sleeper sofas but they appeared to be in fine condition. There is a small hotel-size fridge and microwave, with basic utensils for travelers who plan to eat most meals elsewhere, or microwave meals. Do pay attention to the details of additional expenses. The base advertised cost doesn't cover cleaning and parking fees,“
